1. Nature of Our Services
Uday Shetty provides lifestyle education, wellness education, coaching, training and lifestyle transformation guidance.
Our services may include guidance relating to:

Our services are designed to provide education, guidance, accountability and lifestyle support.
2. Not Medical Treatment
Our services are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, medical prescription or emergency healthcare services.
Uday Shetty is not acting as your treating physician through these services.
We do not prescribe, discontinue, replace or modify prescription medication.
You should continue following the advice and treatment prescribed by your qualified healthcare professional.
You should discuss any changes to medication, insulin, medical treatment, diet restrictions or exercise with your doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.
If you have a serious medical condition, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, have severe symptoms or have any concern about whether an activity is appropriate for you, obtain appropriate medical advice before participating.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Lifestyle outcomes vary between individuals.
We do not guarantee:
- A specific blood sugar level
- A specific HbA1c result
- Weight loss or weight gain
- Elimination of medication
- Reduction of medication
- Reversal or cure of any disease
- A specific financial or health outcome
- Any particular result within a particular period

4. Diabetes and Health-Related Services
If you participate in a diabetes-related assessment or program, the purpose is to understand lifestyle factors and provide lifestyle education and support.
We do not claim that our programs cure diabetes.
Any improvement in health markers should be evaluated with appropriate medical testing and professional medical guidance.
You remain responsible for working with your doctor regarding medical treatment and medication.
5. Eligibility
You must provide accurate and truthful information when booking or purchasing our services.
You should inform us of any relevant limitation that may affect your participation in physical activity, yoga or lifestyle practices.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service where we reasonably believe participation may be inappropriate or unsafe.
6. 1:1 Lifestyle Assessment
The ₹499 1:1 Lifestyle Assessment is a private assessment and strategy session.
The session may include discussion of:
- Current lifestyle
- Food and eating habits
- Physical activity
- Yoga and movement
- Sleep
- Stress
- Daily routines
- Weight and lifestyle goals
- Consistency challenges
- Potential areas for lifestyle improvement
The assessment does not constitute a medical consultation.
7. Appointment Booking
Appointments are scheduled through our designated booking system.
Once a session has been booked, you are responsible for attending at the selected date and time.
You should choose a quiet location and ensure that you can attend the session without interruption.
8. Rescheduling
If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you should request rescheduling as early as reasonably possible.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Repeated non-attendance or repeated rescheduling may result in the booking being treated as completed or cancelled, subject to the applicable refund policy.
9. Program Fees
Fees for our services will be displayed at the relevant checkout or sales page.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable taxes, if any, will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
10. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or other authorized providers.
By making a payment, you confirm that the payment information supplied by you is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
11. 90-Day Lifestyle Transformation Program
Where offered, the 90-Day Lifestyle Transformation Program may include structured lifestyle guidance, educational content, group support, coaching, accountability and related resources.
The exact inclusions, duration, schedule and support provided will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Participation does not guarantee any particular health outcome.
12. Intellectual Property
All Website content, program materials, videos, written materials, presentations, training frameworks, graphics, logos, documents, worksheets and other materials provided by us are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable testimonials, photographs, videos or health-related success stories for marketing purposes.
You should not provide information that you do not want us to use.
